The company was established in 1995, and it comes with four directors separately from China, Taiwan & Germany. J & Y International Group Corporation Limited was first involved in Credit Software Technology Development in Mainland China since its establishment, the company have also manage to own 18 companies in mainland China running its Credit Software Technology Development in different cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Shenzhen, Hubei, Wuhan, Xinjiang, Liaoning, Xiamen, Shandong, Henan, Chengdu, Chongqing, Sichuan, Inner Mongolia, Hangzhou, Guangxi & Fujian).

In year 2003, the company started its first move towards the World Trade Export Business by trading Building Materials, Natural Herbal Health Care Products, Electric Scooters, Machinery equipment & Oil products, by more the company produces its own bricks production line and exporting it to all around the world. After the first successive business corporation together with the production partners in mainland China, the company started its own manufacturing factory in Shandong, Dandong & Wuhan province by manufacturing clay bricks, wall bricks, floor bricks, fire bricks and many other kind of bricks.

And in year 2007, the company finally make a large step towards a new era of environment protecting plan by developing its own and very first kind of bricks. By doing so, the company has used its own contacts, man power and technology to design a very different kind of bricks which we call it (Environmental Building Bricks). Finally in 2008, J & Y International Group made an investment in Shanxi province China by developing a green environmental resort.
